CrossFit For Sport

For Sport Classes

The training program for Sport is dedicated and structured to peak our athletes for The CrossFit Open, Qualifiers and/or The Games, either on a team or as an individual. Based on your level, the program may differ slightly.

As an athlete in CrossFit, it is important to have a varied training program in order to do well, be competitive and make strength gains while you increase your metabolic conditioning. Our CrossFit Level 3 Head Coach, Jody Gall, utilises CompTrain programming.

 Timetable

Monday to Friday Inclusive

6:00am     9:30am     5:45pm     7:15pm

Saturday

7am Olympic Lifting Skills

8am CrossFit Class

9am CrossFit Endurance

Costs 

Adults

 2 sessions $40 a week Unlimited sessions  $60 a week Casual session $30

Students

 2 sessions $30 a week Unlimited sessions $45 a week Casual session $20

Couples

 2 sessions $35 a week Unlimited sessions $50 a week Casual session $25

All payments via direct debit. No Contracts
