For Life Classes

At CFS, it is our priority that all new and current members enter our classes feeling as capable and supported as possible. These sessions are an opportunity for our coaches to get to know you and your individual health and fitness goals. Our CrossFit for Life classes are intimate to ensure you are consistently progressing in each of the 10 physical skills of CrossFit. Each session is fully guided by our Qualified CrossFit Trainers who are experienced in modifying movements to complement your individual capabilities. Get fit and have fun doing it.
